6. How We Protect Your Data
- This website uses a "click-to-WhatsApp" booking flow. When you submit the "Book a Free Consultation" form, your browser opens WhatsApp with your enquiry details pre-filled as a message — addressed directly to Dentique Web's WhatsApp number. The message is only sent once you tap "Send" yourself, inside your own WhatsApp app.
- This means your enquiry data never passes through, or gets stored on, any server, database, or third-party form processor. It goes directly from your device to our WhatsApp, over WhatsApp's own encrypted infrastructure.
- Once received on WhatsApp, your enquiry is only accessible to Dr. Syeda Khadija and, where applicable, trusted team members directly involved in responding to enquiries.
- We do not retain enquiry data longer than necessary — conversations not converted into an active client relationship are periodically reviewed and deleted from our WhatsApp.
7. Sharing of Your Data
We do not share your personal data with any third party. Enquiry data submitted through the booking form goes directly from your device to our WhatsApp — no intermediary service, form processor, or server sits in between. No third party — including any tool, plugin, or service used to build or host this website — receives, stores, or has access to the information you submit through the booking form. The only exception is if required by law or a valid legal request from an Indian authority.
